Travaille. A vast city with a hidden shame

The story of Vyctor takes place in an enormous city/state called Travaille. It is a peninsula surounded on three sides by water and bordered at the top by impenetrable mountains. Far south along its coast sits the oldest part of the city named Travailleur. It has been built layer upon layer until its own shadows created a place where many streets and corners would never again see the sun. The citizenry of Travailleur have long since moved farther up the land mass but its less fortunate souls still huddle within its damp and rotting structures. It is here that something terrible is stalking the unfortunate.
